Aerla Express Logistics (Commonspeak: Ayrle Ekspres Lojistiks), commonly known as AEL, is an Aerlan logistics and air cargo company headquartered in Port Aerla. Founded in 1728 AN as Aerla Air Cargo, the company rebranded in 1739 AN following its expansion into express delivery and supply chain services. AEL operates the one of the largest cargo airlines based in Keltia and maintains logistics hubs across four continents. The company employs 2,650 workers and reported revenues of 1.4 billion Felt in 1751 AN.
AEL emerged from Aerla's geographic constraints. The republic's mountainous interior and limited road infrastructure made air transport essential for connecting remote communities to domestic and international markets. The company's founders, Elias Hartmann and Teodora Mircheva, recognized that Port Aerla's position as the nation's sole maritime gateway created an opportunity to build an integrated air-sea logistics network. AEL now handles 51% of Aerla's international air freight by volume and operates scheduled cargo services to 34 destinations across Micras. The company's AEL Academy has trained over 4,200 pilots and logistics professionals since 1735 AN, with graduates employed by carriers and logistics firms throughout the Raspur Pact and CATO member states.
