Administrative Orders of the Union

Administrative Orders are promulgated by the Supreme Council of the Union, through the power vested in the First Secretary under Chapter 3, Article 7 of the constitution

Article 7 - The Council is the sole body of government which can promulgate laws which are binding across the Union, through the signature of the First Secretary – to be known as Administrative Orders of the Union.

These orders are binding throughout all of the autonomous republics of the Union as national law and, therefore, cannot be circumvented by local laws. Through Administrative Orders, the national laws of Zeed are created, thus making the national legal system more a civil law system.
