Dawud al-Sazaavar - full name, Dâwud Ishmail ibn al-Sazâvar Khan - was the first appointed President of the All-Union Presidium of the Republics - appointed on 15 Kanam 1688 by Vladim Timoshenko, following The September Revolution and the elections of 1688.
