In support of Anahuaco's application, the following telegram was directed to the Raspur Pact secretariat and representatives of the member states.
Dear highly esteemed representatives of the Raspur Pact,
Sincere greetings and good wishes from Ciudad de Anahuaco to your Excellencies and all those you represent.
Following the recent troubling times that have befallen the good people of my dear Empire, it brings me much delight to inform your Excellencies of the stabilization and prospering of my dear country. With the people's enemies within the Empire subdued, and those without held at bay by the securing of our borders, we look now to a bright future.
Naturally, as your Excellencies doubtlessly understand, security is the foundation upon which all peace and prosperity are reached. With this in mind, our Empire finds itself looking abroad for those who share our ambitions, with the goal of creating a mutually beneficial partnership for international stability and cooperation.
In this endeavor there can be no greater allies than the esteemed members of the Raspur Pact, to whom I am pleased to direct this message.
On behalf of the Empire of Anahuaco, I submit our humble application for accession to your highly esteemed and admired international organization. As members of such a group, Anahuaco has much to commend itself, with an experienced and growing military force, and the fervent desire to build international bonds of trust, friendship and reliance.
It is my fervent wish that your Excellencies look favorably upon our humble request, and I warmly anticipate your favorable response.
Yours in brotherhood,
His Imperial Majesty Emperor José Joaquín of Anahuaco
