Carl Hans Peter (14 February 1839 - 5th September 1920), was a Victorian politician who served as the 4th Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Victoria.
Appointed in 1899, Hans Peter became the fisrt Prime Minister to serve in office in two seperate centuries at the same time. Carl is also the first native of Strathalmond to hold the office.
