Andrew Eugene Black (4 October 1837 - 17th January 1896), was a Victorian politician who served as the 2nd Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Victoria. He is also the only Victorian Prime Minister to have been assasinated.

Appointed in 1895, Black served during the early years of the of reign of Victoria I. Because of his hard line conservative views, Victoria became a hotbed of tension during his premiership. This led to his assasination in Port Clyde in 1896, after having served in office for only 8 months.
