Victoria Elena Montalbán y Sotomayor (born 14.IV.1682 AN) is a New Alexandrian diplomat, retired military officer, and current Secretary of State of Nouvelle Alexandrie. A career naval officer with over four decades of security experience, Montalbán was appointed Secretary of State on 16.VII.1744 AN following the resignation of Federico Mercurio amid the Mercurio intelligence scandal. Known for her non-partisan approach to national security matters, she has served under administrations of various political alignments throughout her distinguished career.
