Jeremy de Montfort, known as Jack III is the Prince of the Calbain since 1733. The closest kin to Prince Deiniol, he succeeded him upon his assassination by Princely Guard Captain Royce Wayne as part of a plot to overthrow the Prince. Being himself implicated in part of the Alwyn plot, Prince Jack III was granted special emergency powers for 10 years that included rule by executive degree. This marked the first time since Prince Jack I that a Prince of the Calbain had significant power within Calbion.
