Cyril Phrantzes

Cyril Phrantzes is an officer in the Imperial Constancian Navy.

As a Návarchos during the Third Euran War, he was in command of a flotilla of eighteen corvettes, supported by a single Type XXV U-Boat, to intercept Zeedic trawlers and coastal shipping in the southern waters of Eura.

Later appointed Civil Administrator of the Republic of Vey effective 1721. Appointed Special Representative to the Committee of Euran Salvation in Mehrshahr in 1730, after his replacement as Civil Administrator.
