Peter Pínpokíe Flynn-Akabane or better known as Peter Pínpokíe or Peter Flynn (born July 3, RP 2602) is a Phinbellan TC-pop singer, rapper and actor, and is often known as the "Prince of TC-pop" because he is famous for a duet song titled "Dok Mano" and "Jazznita". Peter Pínpokíe is the recipient of numerous awards, including four TPHK Phineaner and Sangunese Music Awards, three DBS Phinbellan New Year Festival Awards, two Gold Disc Awards, two SBS-RCTP Entertainment Awards, among several others. In addition, he is the first and only solo artist to receive the TPHK Phineaner and Sangunese Music Award for Best Artist in RP 2619.

He was born and raised in Danville, Tri-State Area and is the twin brother of María Elizabeth Flynn-Akabane a.k.a. Marie Flynn who is also a famous TC-pop singer. He was officially started his singing career as a vocalist for the Desire Band at the age of ten through the album Diammu Gunung Berapi in RP 2612 replacing its original vocalist, Toushiko who resigned the previous year, and subsequently changed his name to Kéi-Peterpan in RP 2613. He is also the leader and rapper in the band of Scan2Go, who later became one of the best-selling TC-pop boy bands in the Phineonesian region.
