The Grand Commissariat has supreme authority over all aspects of the logistical supply systems required to sustain the forces of the Raspur Pact in the operational area of the Trans-Euran Continental Theatre Command. It is politically and administratively subordinate to the Committee of Euran Salvation in Mehrshahr.
