The Vanderveer national football team was the football team which most recently represented the micronation of Vanderveer, and previously represented the Vanderveeren-Tellian constituent nation of the same name. It was a member of the EMUFA.
History
The team was founded in early 2008 after Vanderveer successfully claimed on Micras after seceding from New Brittania. The team competed in that year's World Cup qualifiers, prior to which it was merged with Tellia to form Vanderveer-Tellia before regaining its independence shortly afterwards, finishing bottom of their six-team group with three points. Vanderveer hosted the first ever MicrOlympics later in the year, where the team won silver in the football tournament after losing the final to Craitland. Vanderveer left Micras in early 2009.
