Vanderveer, officially the Vanderveer Reich, and previously during a period of unification with Tellia the Vanderveer-Tellia Reich, was a multicontinental nation that existed on Micras between February 2008 and March 2009. The nation's mainland was a multicultural amalgam of states that spread across the Strait of Pearls, on Apollonia and Keltia, while during its history it also gained land on Benacia and Cibola through the respective annexations of Tellia, albeit short-lived, and Kavalos.
Historically tied to both Mornemici, through shared locale and citizenry, and the Britannic Empire, from which it gained its independence, Vanderveer's time in existence saw it quickly become one of the more active and populous nations within the Micras Sector despite its subsequent rapid demise. Vanderveer's most lasting legacy is perhaps the MicrOlympics, which it organised as Micras' first ever multisport event and ultimately led as inspiration for the Micras Games. A small remnant population of Vanderveeren survive in the Lac Glaceian territory of Rousilion.
