Rousilion is an overseas territory of Lac Glacei located on the western shores of Keltia along the Strait of Pearls. Its capital is the city of Crecy. The region is considered one of the last remaining ethnic populations of Vanderveeren people on Keltia. The outpost was established in response to the Dark Berry Islands civil war and to ensure continued service of the Apollonian Express ferry service from Apollonia to Keltia. For the duration of the DBI civil war, Lac Glacei ran the Pearl Ferry Service that allowed for uninterrupted travel between Apollonia and Keltia via the Apollonian Express. The re-routed service helped bolster Rousilion's status as a destination point and it has since been enjoying a thriving tourist industry. Although the conclusion of the civil war resulted in a change in transportation routes to their former paths, Rousilion managed to maintain its popularity as a tourist destination. It is especially popular for Lac Glaceians traveling from mainland Apollonia, as a passport is not required to enter the territory. Since the establishment of the territory it has seen the development of several seasides resorts and a casino, which brings tourists from both Lac Glacei and farther afield in the neighboring states of Keltia.
