Nieuw Rotterdam
Nieuw Rotterdam, a ruinous city of Zandt foundation, formerly under the sovereignty of Craitland, situated on the southeastern coast of Cibola in the Green portion of that continent.
History

The 1706 Decree in Whales on the Plantation of Nieuw Rotterdam provided provided for the establishment of a colonial company and the dispatch of an expedition to the city to fascilitate the establishment of a base from which to commence the exploitation of Monovia.
