Legge 3 1706
The Legge 3/1706 is the third law issued by the Zar Government, signed by the Prime Minister and the President of the Republic, also called "Adoption of Nuclear Power". It entered into force on 11/1706 AN, following publication in the official gazette. It was proposed by the Partito Democratico Costituzionale, amended by Forza Vegno and supported in parliament by Partito Nazionalista Vegnese and Partito Popolare Vegnese, with a contrary blank vote by the ambientalists of I Verdi - Peppe Freeda and sees the approval of 89 deputies of the Assemblea Nazionale.

Adoption of Nuclear power
Proposal: Partito Democratico Costituzionale - Forza Vegno Amendment
Art. 1
Vegno embraces nuclear policy, arranging the construction of a single reactor plant in the Buonriposo region, as identified in Annex 1, and of a nuclear waste deposit located in the same area; it will be the concern of a special environmental committee, appointed by the Government and of limited duration and competence to this project, to choose the suitable location for this deposit, in compliance with the local flora and fauna. The Minister of the Environment will collaborate with this committee and will be responsible for it.
Art. 2
"Elettricità Vegnese" (Vegnese Electricity, VE) is founded, a public economic body with a 100% state shareholding, owner of the future plant and other energy plants already owned by the state. The executive will arrange the appointment of its summit.
Art. 3
The design and construction of the plant are entrusted to Elettricità Vegnese.
Art. 4
The company "Elettricità Vegnese" must prepare the composition of a body capable of monitoring all safety regulations, which must be held by all employees of the plant and must also ensure continuous updating on the subject of safety, with special courses for all their employees.
Art. 5
The company "Elettricità Vegnese" will be subjected to checks by the local government of the Buonriposo Region, which will periodically verify, through special employees of the Region and Government, the fulfillment of all the obligations of the company, in particular on the subject of safety.
Art. 6
Each employee hired by "Elettricità Vegnese" operating in the plant must have their requirements and skills confirmed before hiring and through periodic checks of their knowledge and suitability for the role every two years.
Art. 7
In addition, a parliamentary commission for nuclear power is established, together with the following law, which will have the task of representing the government and collaborating with the local authorities of the Buonriposo region in controlling the plant and the company.
Art. 8
This law enters into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette.
