The District of the Warring Islands (Hurmu Nurse: Striðaraoya omraaðe, "warrior islands' district") is a district of Hurmu in the Warring Islands off the north-eastern Keltian coast. It was founded in 1699 by merging the extant district of East Barrow Island with the Hurmu Peace Corps-occupied territories of West Barrow Island and Great Warring Island. In 1702, the Batavian island of Fränzi-Ferdinanda Island was transferred to Hurmu, and then renamed Antonia Island. Thus, the district consists of three islands, Barrow Island, Great Warring Island, and Antonia Island.
