The 2013 Copa Apollonia will the second tournament of the Copa Apollonia, between 6 July and 20 July 2013. The eight competing national teams will have to qualify to be involved, through the 2013 FMF World Cup qualification competition.

Qualification
Qualification for the 2013 Copa Apollonia will decided by AEFA's groups in the 2013 FMF World Cup qualification rounds. Both the winners and runners-up from all four groups will advance to the tournament, unless the hosts fail to qualify, then the worst runner-up will not compete. Novatainia will be given an automatic place in the competition, as defending champions.
