The Goëtia national football team is the football team which represents the micronation of Goëtia. It is a member of the CTFA.
History
The team was founded in late 2018 after Goëtia's Micrasian claim was successful. They first competed in the 2019 World Cup qualifiers, where they could only finish bottom their five-team group with a sole point to their name. Soon afterwards, the team competed in the 2019 Emerging Nations Cup, beating Phinbella on penalties before losing twice to place fourth.
Travel Ban
The Conference of Cycle Families of Goetia has imposed a travel restriction on the national team from traveling to any of the Vanic Tainted nations (Arcadia, Batavia, Francia, Helderborough, and Stormark). This includes a boycott of any tournaments held, hosted, or organized by the Vanic nations.
