The National Information Vault is a Caradian company that is run mainly under the jurisdiction of the Serfești, as a large portion of its function is to store information gathered by the Serfești as well as submitted by Caradian citizens. The company advertises itself as a safe place for the citizens of the duchy to store their information, mostly digital information like passwords. While this is technically true, it does allow the Serfești access to all information in its databases, and it supports the Serfești's surveillance operations on Caradian citizens.

The company also works as a storage location for the Serfești's data bank operation, since the database has an extremely high amount of storage and is very secure, being only accessible to the Serfești. This encompasses information about Caradian citizens as well as information gathered by the Serfești on foreign nations.

While the company nominally offers its services to other nations, it is highly unlikely that the company will be allowed to operate in other nations due to its allowing the Serfești access to all of its information.
