Scear County is the second largest region in Caradia, being the historic homeregion of the Scearick people, though the Scearick people have mostly been assimilated into either the Cearîm or Sacovian ethnic groups. Scear is the most populous region of Caradia, its capital being Theogiorick, which is the most populous and richest city in Caradia. The county houses most of the country's raw industry, where steel is processed and coal and oil are burned for electricity. The county's current leader is Count Manfred II.
