The Apuèstas March is the largest region of Caradia. The march is the main source of Caradian food, as the location, though not formally integrated into the Duchy until the Sacovian people in the area petitioned to become a part of the Duchy, was settled in the country's early history as a farming settlement, to supply the Duchy's booming population. The area is mostly comprised of Caradian Sacovians and immigrant Sacovians from the unclaimed areas of Sacovia. The march is the most vulnerable region of the Duchy to insurrection from LONSS and CPED. The march's capital, Chivalho, is situated right on the border between Apuèstas and Sacovia, and as such has a higher than average military presence. The march is currently led by Marquis Faròdico dè Sofriz.
