The Legatine College for Data Services, a uniformed service subordinate to the Commission for War and the High Presidium of the Benacian Union.

Remit

Controls the Benacian Data Network, an integrated information and communication system of the Benacian Union, combining Panopticon security protocols, forced incompatibility with external systems, end to end user accountability, and the strict partitioning of data, built upon legacy Elwynnese and Shirerithian systems to provide a universal platform that supplants newspapers, radio, film, and television, whilst rendering a decentralised internet impossible to establish within Benacian territory.

Operates a fleet of fifty RAS Panopticon Blimps, deployed in service specific air wings, each with dedicated ground crews and support personnel, providing ISR support for the Benacian Union Defence Force and Benacia Command.
