Logo of the Woodrow Institute

The Woodrow Institute is an organisation that records the genealogy of Scott Woodrow. The organisation has two offices, the head office at Vesüha, Hurmu, and an office at Maulikpur in Great Apollonia.

The origins of the institute lie in the order of the Sultan of Çakaristan, the present Tobu Emperor. There were already rumours that the Çakar family were related to Scott Woodrow. This turned out to be true and after that further research was done after the descendants of Scott Woodrow.

Genealogy of Woodrow

See: Order of the Holy Lakes#Line of Woodrow

There were 212 members of the Woodrow family tree registered with the Institute in 1701 AN. Because of the troubled history of Scott Woodrow's descendants, the Institute is conducting research. With archive documents and DNA material, the family tree is being reconstructed as completely as possible. This is directly related to membership in the Order of the Holy Lakes.

The research is difficult because registers are not kept consistently. Especially during the periods when parts of the present-day Great Apollonia were in the Green. As a result, new discoveries are still being made regularly, and members are being added.

Election Office

By far the most members of the Woodrow family live in Great Apollonia. But through their membership in the Order of the Holy Lakes, they have voting rights in Hurmu. The office in Maulikpur acts as an election office. Here the ballot papers are collected and submitted in Hurmu.
