Oranje, also known as the Thema Oranjēsiōn, is an administrative division of the Free and Associative Kingdom of Constancia.

In accordance with The Regulation of the Theme of Oranje Act 1651[2], An Act to provide for the regulations on the government and administration of Oranje, the Thema Oranjēsiōn is governed by The Local Authority of Oranje, which is the administrative body led by the Strategos of Oranje, currently Jaime Augustin Joaquin Primo de Aguilar.
The Local Authority is responsible for: Issuing residence permits; Issuing land permits; Issuing work permits; Collecting local taxes; Budgeting Oranje's finances; Providing rules and regulations on the civil, economic, cultural and geographic life of the people of Oranje under Constancian law and custom. The Local Authority provides guidance and support to the Constancians in the pursuit of their rights and responsibilities, and any further responsibility can be delegated to the Local Authority by the Mesazōn.
The Strategos is accountable to the Mesazōn by providing monthly reports on any and all Theme of Oranje matters. The Strategos may be summoned by the Synklētos to deliver such and other reports, and accept any rules, regulations, guides on the management of the Theme of Oranje that the Synklētos may have. The Strategos, through the Local Authority, shall provide the communication between the Basileus and the Central government, and the the people of Oranje.
