Plazas de Irian, officially the Independent State of Plazas de Irian is a small country and city-state located in West Keltia. It borders several Phinbellan territories namely the Straits Settlements in the northwest, Tri-State Area in the north, Province Wellesley and Suyaj-Ardab in the north and northeast, and the Islands of Dong Ping in the west. The territory of the country consists of Plazas de Irian, Yapreay, Hukien, Pratas and Tepen Islands, ten outlying islands and part of Tandus Island where the rest are governed by Phinbella. The country is home to nearly 4.8 million people, the majority of whom are Irianlander citizens.
