FMF World Cup

The FMF World Cup (occasionally called the Micras World Cup) is the highest level of international association football competition organised by the FMF, the governing body of the sport on Micras.

The tournament is played once a year, being competed for by sixteen qualified nations. The tournament was first contested in 2006, with the nations competing having applied successfully to be included. There have been five tournaments so far, with three different nations having won the title.

Qualification

Each of the four FMF confederations organise qualification rounds in order to narrow-down their affiliated nations to fit the quota that each confederation has received of places at the finals. The tournament's host(s) and the previous year's winning nation are awarded automatic places at that year's championships.
