Formalized by authority granted by the Board of Directors of the Honorable Company on 2.IV.1729, it is based in Alduria, Nouvelle Alexandrie, with initial sites in Susa, Gramercy, Fontainebleau, Beauharnais, with Alcala being considered. In 1730, it opened sites in Petropolis and Aqaba, and was considering sites in Ransenar.
It is a major employer in the Alduria region.
