N&H-Adelsfanan Dragonkår, an Elwynnese paramilitary cavalry formation, established in II.1728 AN, as an outgrowth of the Vanguard Division of the N&H National Sector Party in Elluenuueq. Recruiting initially amongst the wellborn, the N&H-Adelsfanan Dragonkår permited the scions of good families to serve the Coordinated State and Harmonious Society without suffering the indignity of impressment into the State Guard of Elluenuueq.
By 1743 AN, following the retreat out of Elwynn, the noble corps was, to all intents and purposes, little more than an understrength cavalry regiment.
