Hillary Nicostrato was the penultimate Imperial Constancian Ambassador to Anahuaco.

On 24.V.1737 AN, appointed Taxiarchos (Brigadier) of the Imperial Constancian Army, and commander of Imperial Constancian Armed Forces in Anahuaco (essentially all Constancian nationals, who had been called to active duty in the course of Operation Northern Light).

Evacuated with her staff via Javelin H-5 Sovereign helicopters from the Imperial Constancian Embassy, Ciudad de Anahuaco, joining the ships of Task Force Redemption. Commanded via Autokratorial Decree to serve as effective mayor (formally designated as Military Governor) of Ciudad Emperador José Joaquín, Shahzamin, until elections in Constancia were announced for late 1742.
