The uniformed services of Meckelnburgh, known officially as Their Royal Majesty's Services in Uniform, are the nine military and quasi-military services that commission officers in the United Kingdom of Meckelnburgh, consisting of the countries of Meckelnburgh proper, Branniboria, Salem and Iselande. The uniformed services are coextensive with the Meckelnburghish military as all members are trained (to different extents) in arms and may be deployed in combat zones. The tradition of placing certain professions in uniform in Meckelnburgh descends from the need to protect certain servicemembers, such as surveyors and medics, under the laws of war.

Not all agencies of Meckelnburgh that wear uniforms or have ranks are part of Their Royal Majesty's Services in Uniform. This would include the Royal Meckelnburgh Constabulary, a civilian counterpart to functions carried out by the Royal Meckelnburgh Gendarmery.

The Services in Uniform are not an organization themselves. As the functional components of the Ministry of Defense Affairs, the uniformed services prepare the readiness, security and functionality of Meckelnburgh's defense apparatus. This involves the commissioning and training of officers across the nine services, and preparing enlisted members for roles ranging from combat to specialized support functions.

Their Royal Majesty's Services in Uniform consist of two organizations of services: regular branches, with both enlisted and commissioned personnel, and the commissioned corps, which retain only officers. The three commissioned corps provide services by professional expertise, as opposed to many boots-on-the-ground functions of the other six branches.

The corps is focused on cybersecurity, signals and defense intelligence. The Environmental Science Corps is a specialized component of the Meckelnburgh military responsible for environmental protection, weather forecasting and hydrographic surveying. The corps is made of experts in environmental science, ecology, geography, oceanography and natural resource management.

The corps is responsible for addressing environmental threats, such as fisheries collapse, and is supplied with a fleet of pollution response vessels in case of environmental disasters on the water. As part of this function, the corps is responsible for the opening and closing of fisheries throughout the Kingdom. Along with the Royal Meckelnburgh Saeweard, it administers the nation's exclusive economic zone.

The corps is responsible for coastal survey, the geographic mapping of the kingdom and its surrounding waters. It also manages weather forecasting, and is the weather agency of Meckelnburgh. As part of this effort, the Environmental Science Corps also operates a set of NVF WP-240 Blizzard weather aircraft for in-the-sky weather observation.

In 1734 AN, as part of an expansion of the corps' program in Branniboria, the headquarters of the corps was moved from Boulonne in Brittnay to Tuft in Cumberland.
