Ĉielero III

Ĉielero III (Aspiranto: /tʃi.e.ˈle.ro la ˈtri.a/) is the present Queen of the Meckelnburghers (coextensive as sovereign of the Kingdom of Meckelnburgh). Their lands consist of the realms of Meckelnburgh, Branniboria, Salem and Iselande. As queen, Ĉielero is styled "Their Royal Majesty" (Aspiranto: "Ria Reĝa Majesto"), and their name may be translated as "the heavenly one" from Aspiranto. Ĉielero's eldest child, Vilhelmo, is the Dauphin, and as such heir to the throne. Vilhelmo is styled "Their Royal Highness the Dauphin" ("Ria Reĝa Moŝto la Daŭfeno").

The Queen has considerable powers under the constitution of the Kingdom of Meckelnburgh. Their assent to bills is necessary before a law can be enforced. Ĉielero is also head and Lord Protector of the Church of Meckelnburgh and Parliament. In their position as monarch, Ĉielero III holds the style:

By the Grace of God, Queen of the Meckelnburghers, Princess of Meckelnburgh-Serkwais, Grand Duchess of Iselande, Countess Palatine of Hergilsey, Lord Protector of the Faith.

Inducted to the Order of Ash and Elm, with the rank of Knight Commander, during the Quarter Millennium Gala in Huyenkula in 1752.
