Operation Clean Sweep was the operational plan and concept of resolving the Constancian housing and unemployment crisis, particularly evident within the Aqabah metropolitan areas, immediately after Operation Paramount in 1698.
Able-bodied unemployed, street-dwellers in urban areas, and other homeless individuals were collected and evacuated by local police or members of the State Protection Authority, processed into the system, and given the opportunity to render patriotic labor service in the new areas liberated by Operation Paramount, in return for which they would be granted permanent ownership of their own plot of land for residential purposes.
With the success of Operation Southern Pride and Operation Southern Comfort in 1733, Constancian Vipia was designated a receiving territory.
