Oranjesion Private Equity Capital is a goods, commodities, services trading and investment management and venture capital firm incorporated on 5.VII.1653 under the laws of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth. Its primary office is located at the Imperial Constancian Embassy, Shirekeep.
In light of the events and developments surrounding the Congress of Chryse, it opened a subsidiary, Oranjesion Private Equity Capital (Ransenar), Inc. in Goldfield, in the Kingdom of Ransenar, in 1699. Initial operations consisted of speculation and investment via the Goldfield Bourse. In 1711, subsidiaries were opened in Cape Isabella, Arboria del Sur, and its representative offices in Aqaba and Punta Santiago were upgraded into subsidiaries as well.
In 1712, it opened a subsidiary in Zeed, which provided venture capital to promising firms.
In 1715, corporate restructuring took place, where the Aqaba subsidiary (Oranjesion Private Equity Capital, Inc.) took control of the company.
