N&H-Adelsfanan Dragonkår, an Elwynnese paramilitary cavalry formation, established in II.1728 AN, as an outgrowth of the Vanguard Division of the N&H National Sector Party in Elluenuueq. Recruiting exclusively amongst the wellborn, the N&H-Adelsfanan Dragonkår permits the scions of good families to serve the Coordinated State and Harmonious Society without suffering the indignity of impressment into the State Guard of Elluenuueq.
