Operation Eastern Watchtower

Operation Eastern Watchtower is an ongoing pacification campaign in the Green led by the Imperial Constancian Armed Forces under the auspices of the Trans-Euran Command of the Raspur Pact. It began in 1722.

Background

The Norasht campaign of the Wars of the Disinherited resulted in an insurgency which would be primarily faced by the Suren Confederacy.

Objectives

• Provide the 510th (Shahzamin) Army with field and battle experience.
• Secure the northern Norasht coast to prevent its use as a staging ground for attacks
• Secure the Nivardom eastern sealanes corridor

• 1: Initial planning begins, headquartered at 510th (Shahzamin) Army planning staff (G-5) at Fort Ardashir Khan. Nivardom Command provides logistical and operational support assistance.

• 2: Task Force Norasht established by the Imperial Constancian Navy. KP Shahzamin, Rhodondra-class Amphibious Assault Ship detached from Zylenisí Command to serve as command vessel for the operation. KP Nouradin detailed from Aqaba Command to serve as replacement guard ship and under Zylenisí Command. KP Varaz and KP Mitra ordered to sail to Hyblios and placed under Task Force Norasht; KP Princess Delphine, Compassion-class hospital ship, given orders to mobilize and report to Task Force Norasht. Andronikos-class auxiliary cruisers KP Talthývios, KP Ermióni, KP Astyánax, KP Helenos assigned by Nivardom Command to Task Force Norasht.

• 1: four regiments of the General Inspectorate of Eura and Corum (2nd Inspectorate Regiment, 5th Inspectorate Regiment, 8th Inspectorate Regiment, 11th Inspectorate Regiment; 4,800x men and 960x Ahvaz Psilos IMV) concentrated at a force assembly area around Norasht Frontier Station in preparation for razzia operations in the Green of Norasht province.
