The Hurmu Customs Area (HCA) is the customs area controlled by the Order of the Holy Lakes in right of Hurmu. It encompasses all of Hurmu and all of the Phineonesian Confederation (including the condominia of Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï and [[Oystra Stoorskerið])]. Notably, however, the Hurmu–Lac Glacei condominium of Eesdeheito is not part of the HCA.

Hurmu's memberships in the Xäiville Convention and free-trade treaties relate to the HCA fully.
