The Hurmu Customs Area (HCA) is the customs area controlled by the Order of the Holy Lakes. It includes all realms of the Order as well as the Phineonesian Confederation.

Hurmu's memberships in the Apollonian–Benacian Community and free-trade treaties (such as the Hurmu–Raspur Pact Free Trade Agreement) relate to the HCA fully for purposes of trade.

Hurmu's Secretary of State for the Bank, Mint and Press and Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs oversee the HCA under the auspices of the Secretariat of State and the legislation passed by the Senate of the Lakes.
