Llyod Henry Gabriel Owen (29.VII.1410 - 12.XII.1477 AN), was a Victorian politician who served as the 5th Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Victoria.

Appointed in 1462, Owen became the only Prime Minister in Victorian history to enter into office on his birthday. He is also one of only two natives of Middleton to serve as Prime Minister, the other being the last holder, Guido Zambelis.
