The future plans for Arbor for the next 10 Norton years:
1. Arbor is moving to Apollonia. Reasons:
- a. Close proximity to the Cresent brother Çakaristan;
- b. More unity of territory;
- c. Farewell to Frankish and Storish past.
2. Arbor is more open to contacts with foreign countries, especially its neighbours:
- a. Treaty with Hurmu;
- b. Treaty with Lac Glacei.
- c. Establishing infrastructural connections, including railway connections based on the idea of the Apollonian Express.
3. Because of the sudden move and the Emir being aware of that event, with the other Arborish having no memory of it, the Emir is seen as confused.
- a. A growing resistance to the Emir. The general view tends towards a ceremonial monarchy, while a more radical view is to remove the Emir.
- b. A participation in the Xäiville Convention is being considered.
