The Estates of the Federation of Phinbella (Gangwol Phineaner: Istek Persekutuwai Phinbella) is a unicameral legislature of the Free area of the Federation, one of three autonomous entities in Phinbella. It has 132 members, elected for a two-year term in 132 Estate constituencies. Members of the Estates of the Federation are selected by first-past-the-post or general ticket.
The Estates of the Federation of Phinbella were formed in RP 2612 after the founding of Phinbella, replacing the legislature during the Phinbellan provisional government.
