The Golden Impurity Awards refer to an annual community recognition bestowed upon members of the Micras community. The Awards were introduced in late 2019, with the organisation of the awards trailing that of the FNORD Awards. In contrast to the FNORD Awards, Impurity Awards celebrate the amateurish side of the hobby. The name of the awards is taken after the Purity Awards, a former Jingdaoese tradition to hold an own awards ceremony in which all the awards were given to the Heavenly Light.

Nominations were opened on the 29th of December 2019, Rasmus and Ardy took part in the Golden Impurity Awards Committee which oversaw the awards.
