This is a list of all current member nations of the MBF.
Current MBF members
All MBF members are also affiliated to regional confederations, based on their geographic positioning on Micras. The four MBF confederations, with the continents they represent, are as follows:
- Apollonia and Benacia Basketball Union - Apollonia and Benacia
- Cibola and Tapfer Basketball Union - Cibola and Tapfer
- Eura and Corum Basketball Union - Eura and Corum
- Keltia Basketball Union - Keltia
