Developed as a relatively cost effective replacement for the main battle tanks lost during the Hammish Civil War, the Victor (designation MBT-1) was the first domestically produced heavy armoured vehicle produced in Caputia, elevating the Union to the first rank of Micran powers, alongside the Bassarid Federation, Kalgachia, Jingdao, Nova England, and Shireroth, possessed of an indigenous military industrial design and manufacturing capacity in the modern era.
The design was revived by Rimarima Armaments in 1700 AN, finding a place in the Federal Forces of Nouvelle Alexandrie and an export market amongst the armed forces of partner nations in the Euran Economic Union.
