Katarina Esch (born 1655) is a Benacian Union (formerly Shirerithian, West Amokolian, Frankish, Franco-Batavian, and Elwynnese) politician of Germanian and Hurmu extraction. Joined the Elwynnese Unity Party in 1675 in West Amokolia, elected to the Reichstag of the Frankish Empire in 1682 for the same party. She and her party campaigned for a reunion with Elwynn, which was achieved in 1685. Elected to the Amokolian legislature (Sænate) in 1686, appointed its head and Adeile in 1687, and thus given a membership ex officio in the Council of Eliria, which she held until the dissolution of the Sænate in 1692. In 1692, upon that dissolution, there were rumours that Esch had defected to the so-called free Elwynn, but these rumours were untrue, as Esch came out as a national humanist in 1693. Appointed to the Deputy Commissioner for the Sacred Treasury in the High Presidium of the Benacian Union in 1703, a position she continues to hold. Awarded the Order of the Red Hand, Service Division, Second Class, in 1711. Member of the Order of the Holy Lakes by virtue of descent from Vali Ri av Silmahamnum.
