His Majesty Manco Cápac made a state visit to Constancia in xxxx, beginning on xxxx and concluding on xxxx, immediately after the 1707 Hurmu general elections.

This was the first state visit of Manco Cápac to the Imperial State of Constancia.

Background

Invitation and Planning

The impetus for the state visit was provided by a remark over dinner by the Basileus Giakoumis that despite their being geographical neighbors, there had been no reciprocal visit by the head of state of the Federation to the Imperial State. The Foreign Ministry made all the initial arrangements. The Imperial Ambassador in Cárdenas personally delivered a formal invitation from the Basileus to his counterpart, while an interagency group was formed to begin preparations.

Security

Security was provided by combined efforts of the Imperial Constancian State Protection Authority, the Aftokratorikí Frourá (Imperial Guard), select units of the Imperial Constancian Armed Forces, and the Trans-Euran Command of the Raspur Pact.
