The term Continental Elwynn (sometimes known as Benacian Elwynn) refers to the territory of the Elwynnese Republic on the Benacian continent. As such, it includes all of Elwynn with the exceptions of Normark, and the islands of Automatica, New London, Cimmeria, Raikoth and Leng.
However, the term Benacian Elwynn may sometimes refer to to all of Elwynn (including the islands) with the exception of Normark (as Normark is on Keltia, not Benacia).
