The competition is contested by 14 teams from across Micras. The top two teams from [[Freeland]], [[Lusa]], [[North Antarctica]] and [[Qavaqaqqaqaniitqeqertaq]] all qualify for the competition, with the two clubs from [[Shireroth]], currently competing in the [[Florian Hockey League]] automatically qualifying as well.
