A joint Constancian-Raspurid venture to create the industrial basis for the mass production of public information and entertainment works advancing the core messages of the Five Year Plan.
In 1701, it was purchased in full by ESB Media, and now serves as its subsidiary for cultural archiving and preservation of Euran cinema, under the auspices of Euran University and the Secretariat of the Euran Economic Union.
From 1714 AN onwards, employees of the Euran Film Institute who were enrolled in the 1st and 2nd Reserves of the Home Guard would be expected to serve, when called upon, as part of the Film and Photographic Unit attached to the Information Directorate of the Trans-Euran Continental Theatre Command of the Raspur Pact.
