The 2016–17 Gerenian Women's National Cup was the second edition of the Gerenian Women's National Cup, an association football tournament for women's teams. The tournament consisted of two qualifying rounds and four rounds of competition proper. The tournament was won by Mariaville Nationals, as they defeated Arquitectura by 2–0 in the Final.

Teams

A total of 34 teams had their entries to the tournament accepted by the SZG, ten more than in the first edition. Sixteen teams entered in the first qualifying round, while a further 8 entered at second round qualifying. Teams of the First Division were given byes to the Round of 16.

First qualifying round

The sixteen amateur teams were split into four groups on a geographical basis, with the winners of each group advancing to the Second qualifying round. The games were played between 1 and 8 October 2015 at neutral venues: Sper for Group A, Nueva Junín for Group B, San Martín for Group C, and Sakal for Group D.
